Follow-Up: I am currently dealing with this same problem due to a juvenile justice system which decided to continue giving my son a dose of provigil(modonifil)which brought on both hypnologic and hypnogogic hallucinations. They also psychologically treated him like shit until he did have a mental breakdown. Now they insist on him being on drugs which cause him to stay in a decreased functional state to the point of him not being able to finish high school.(He has been a Sr for 3 yrs). If you have found doctors and lawyers willing to represent you in your persuit please e-mail me with the information as I am willing to take on not only the psyciatric and neurological community but the juvenile justice system in my state. Also if you have any encouraging words for my son (he refuses to take the psychotropic meds but is still having paronoid shcizo-like sysmptoms) please send them aloing to him through my e-mail.
