Follow-Up: I have been using the taste aversion method now for about 5 days. My jaw feels less tight and the pain under my eyes has decreased. I can't say for sure whether it is due to the device but it seems very likely. I wake up about 2 times each night and change the bags. I put sea salt kernals inside the pouches today which should help in causing them to rupture when I clench. I have also put chili and pepper in the pouches. I'll post another message in a week or so.
