Follow-Up: My wife Bev has attempted to renew her 4th 3 year medical driving licence(23 years with narcolepsy).2 years ago she changed to provigil, which improved and stabalised her condition, that she was discharged from hospital. Her licence now been refused.the reason given by the DVLA is that that the narcolepsy is not fully controlled.Doctors disagree with this, but the DVLA say the matter can not be over turned, except by government barrister. Could the provigil medication be the cause of this?
