Follow-Up: I have just started taking this medicine to combat hypersomnia and amotivational syndrome caused by my anti-depressants (Effexor). I am really pleased with the effect it's having on me. I am much more motivated, rarely take naps anymore, and generally feel much better. I have not really noticed side effects other than feeling a little anxious when I take the full 200 mg dose. My doctor suggested I take 200 mg on even days and 100 mg on odd days to prevent any kind of tolerance build-up. I have not read or heard anything so far that indicates a tolerance can be built up but if anyone knows about that possibility, I'd like to know! So far, I have only good things to say about this medication
